Every panellist covered, including the ones sitting at the awkward end
Audience and Q&A
A full room, engaged faces, the hands going up
Breaks and networking
The connections your sponsors want to see evidence of
I arrive 30 minutes before your first session and walk the room with you
Silent shutter throughout sessions — no mirror slap during a keynote
No flash on stage unless you ask for it
I work to your running order, so I’m in position before each moment rather than chasing it
If your AV team needs me somewhere specific, tell me and that’s where I’ll be
20 edited images the next day — the ones you need for socials and the post-event email, while the event is still current
The full gallery within 3–5 working days — the complete set, edited
Easy-to-share galleries via Pic-Time — your team downloads what they need without emailing you
Full commercial usage — press, socials, website, next year's deck
Half day — from £399
Up to 4 hours. Single-track morning or afternoon programme.
Full day — from £650
Up to 8 hours. Full conference day including breaks and networking.
Multi-day and multi-track — quoted individually
More than one room running at once usually means a second photographer. Tell me the format and I’ll price it properly.
Every price includes editing, 20 edited images the next day, the full gallery within 3–5 working days, and full commercial usage. Travel across London included; anything further is quoted with the job.

What clients say
We’ve worked with Nathan many times and have always had a great experience. He’s very responsive, arrives early, and consistently delivers the images on time. He has a great eye for capturing the atmosphere of the room while working seamlessly alongside the event. I’d highly recommend!
